How Does Gold Redemption Work?

Gold uses the same 1:1 Standard Reward Value as other eligible marketplace products.

However, Points do not guarantee a fixed weight of gold. The number of Points required depends on the current marketplace price of the gold product when you redeem.

Simple Example

If you have 200,000 Points, you have US$200 in Reward Value.

If an eligible 1g gold product is listed at US$150, it would require 150,000 Points.

Your remaining 50,000 Points stay in your account.
Marketplace prices can change over time. A change in the price of gold or another reward product changes the Points required for that item, not the Reward Value you already earned.

The most important things to know about Xuri Green Energy Rewards.

Do all Xuri products earn Rewards?
No. Only products that participate in an applicable Xuri Green Energy Reward program are eligible. Eligible products and program availability may vary by product and market.
Do all eligible products earn the same number of Points?
No. Different eligible products can have different Reward Values and therefore different maximum Point amounts. The same 50% Green Energy Reward plus 50% Referral Reward structure can still apply.
Is the 100% Reward guaranteed?
No. You can earn up to 100% of the applicable product Reward Value. Up to 50% comes from qualifying Green Energy Rewards, while up to another 50% requires qualified referrals.
Do I receive all Green Energy Points immediately?
No. Green Energy Rewards are earned progressively according to the applicable product and program conditions. Under the current framework, the reward period can run for up to seven years.
Why are UK and Germany prices different in the 800W example?
The prices are shown in different local currencies. The current 800W Solar Kit is based on approximately the same global product value, so eligible customers receive the same maximum Reward Value for the same product.
How much can I earn from one referral?
Under the current program structure, a qualified referral can contribute 5% toward the Referral Reward. The exact Point amount depends on the applicable product reward program.
What counts as a qualified referral?
The referred person must become a qualified new paying customer and the eligible order must satisfy the applicable payment, refund, cancellation, chargeback and referral-attribution requirements. A lead or inquiry alone does not qualify.
Does 1:1 mean one Point equals US$1?
No. Under the current Standard Reward Value system, 1,000 Points represent US$1. The 1:1 rule means that US$100 in Reward Value can be used toward approximately US$100 of eligible marketplace retail value.
Does Gold 1:1 guarantee a fixed amount of gold?
No. Gold weight is not fixed or guaranteed. The Points required for a gold product depend on its current marketplace retail price at the time of redemption.
Can I withdraw my Points as cash?
No. Xuri Green Energy Points are reward-program Points intended for eligible marketplace redemptions. They are not a cash balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Can reward-product prices change?
Yes. Marketplace products can change in retail price. If the retail price changes, the number of Points required for that product can also change. This does not change the Reward Value you have already earned.

Under the current program framework, eligible products can offer a maximum Green Energy Reward of up to 50% of the applicable product Reward Value and a maximum Referral Reward of up to another 50%, subject to applicable program conditions. Referral Rewards require qualified new paying customers and are subject to payment, refund, cancellation, chargeback, attribution and other eligibility requirements.
