Return Request Policy

Due to the size, weight, and international shipping nature of this product, customers must contact us before arranging any return.

Please do not send the product back without prior approval.

All returns must receive a return confirmation from Xuri Energy first, including the return address, return method, estimated return shipping cost, and required packaging condition.

Non-Faulty Returns

For non-faulty returns, including change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Because this is a large and heavy item, Xuri Energy or our logistics partner may need to arrange the return shipment.

The return shipping cost will be confirmed before the return is arranged and may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Product Condition

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories.

Returns sent without prior approval, without proper packaging, or to an incorrect address may not be accepted or refunded.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Products

If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us with photos or videos within the required period.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

In many cases, replacement parts, partial refund, or technical support may be provided instead of returning the entire kit.
