Yes. Joining the waiting list is free and no payment is required at this stage. It helps us understand demand for the selected product in your country.
Does joining the waiting list mean I have reserved a unit?
No. Joining the waiting list does not mean the product has been purchased, reserved or confirmed for shipment.
When will the 10% deposit reservation open?
Paid reservation opens after sufficient country demand develops and Xuri Energy confirms that the applicable logistics route and estimated shipping conditions are feasible.
Will I know the shipping cost before paying the deposit?
Before the paid reservation stage, we will provide the applicable product pricing and estimated group-shipping information for the relevant country batch.
Is the 10% deposit deducted from my final balance?
Yes. The reservation deposit forms part of the applicable product payment and is deducted from the remaining product balance.
How is the final payment calculated?
The remaining product balance and applicable final shipping amount are provided before final payment. Any product deposit already paid is applied toward the remaining product balance.
Can I get direct shipping without waiting for a batch?
Yes. You may request a direct international shipping quotation based on your destination. Small-quantity direct shipping can cost more than consolidated group shipping.
Why is each country calculated separately?
Freight cost, customs requirements, local delivery, tax treatment, voltage, plug configuration and other logistics conditions can vary by country.
Can I wait for a local EPC or distributor instead?
Yes. We are exploring cooperation with EPCs and distributors in different markets. If a suitable local option becomes available, a local partner may contact you regarding local supply or installation support.
What is the return policy?
Return requests must first be submitted to Xuri Energy. Products should not be returned without prior approval. Return eligibility, method and cost depend on the applicable product, market and confirmed logistics arrangement.
